Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays (e.g. Bank Holidays) this may create a 1 day delay in the processing of your order, unless stated otherwise on our website. 
Shipping Time
For all orders, we aim for a delivery timeframe of three working days after the order has been processed. We may contact you if the timeframe of your order is longer, or if we are having difficulty fulfilling items in the order which is causing a delay. 
Shipping Method
For the orders that we receive for the UK, these are dispatch with DHL parcel. The tracking number that we mark your order with can be traced on the DHL website. 
Furthermore, the DHL delivery option that we use is the NEXT DAY service. 

For any international orders that we receive, we use UPS for the delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, due to the delivery companies etc.
We aim to work our hardest to advise the customer on these delays and work with the transport companies to ensure a fast redelivery.
